Jetty Park

Lafayette Heritage Trail Park

Lafayette Heritage Trail Park is a beautiful spot located close to the downtown area of Tallahassee and bordered by Lafayette Creek and Chaires Crossroads, the park offers many recreational activities for all ages. Visitors can enjoy fishing or kayaking on one of three lakes located within the park, biking along several miles of trails, or geocaching near hidden benches that provide excellent views and relaxation spots. The park also provides plenty of opportunities for wildlife watching.

Laishley Park

Lake Eola Park

A public park surrounded by four streets. Lake Eola is the main feature of the park. Also located in the park (on the west side) is the Walt Disney Amphitheater, which hosts many community events and various performances year-round. On the east side of the park is a Chinese pagoda, and a playground.

Lithia Springs Park

Lithia Springs Park offers all the delights of outdoor recreation, with a hint of Florida history. Visitors can take in the breathtaking beauty as they stroll along the 1/3 mile nature trail and enjoy the lush foliage, wildlife and springs that feed into nearby FishHawk Creek. In addition to its nature trail, other activities include kayaking, canoeing, fishing, picnicking and swimming at one of the area's multiple springs. The park was once part of an old plantation dating back to 1846.

Lori Wilson Park

The park includes boardwalks, lookout towers and bike/walking trails that become home to different species of birds and other wildlife. Enjoying a sunny day on the beach can include strolling along the sand and soaking up the peacefulness of waves crashing onto 350 feet of crystal-clear shoreline. A highlight of this Florida beach paradise is an area for hand launch boating and fishing within Indian River Lagoon.

Manatee Cove Park

Located along the Indian River, there are 2 miles of boardwalk paths and trails that meander through lush seagrass beds and past kayaking access points. Visitors can take in spectacular sunset views from the beachside pavilions and fishing piers, or spend time bird watching from the several observation decks scattered throughout the park. When you’re done exploring you can stop by the concession stand for a cold beverage or snack before heading back home.

Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park

The Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park lies on the east shore of Orange Lake, just south of the village of Cross Creek.
