The Grand Aquarium de Touraine is an aquarium located between Tours and Amboise. it is the largest freshwater aquarium in Europe and consists of 70 basins including a 30-meter-long freshwater tunnel sheltering species from this river but also oceans around the world. The Pagoda of Chanteloup located in the heart of the castles of the Loire is the testimony of the castle of the Duke of Choiseul. The pagoda is 44m high and is held up by a ring of 16 columns and 16 pillars and it offers a panoramic view of the Amboise forest and the Loire Valley. The château was mostly demolished in 1823, but some features of the park remain there.

The Saint-Gatien Cathedral of Tours is a Roman Catholic cathedral, located in Tours in the Vieux-Tours, in Indre-et-Loire. Dedicated to Saint Gatien, the first bishop of Tours, it is the seat of the archdiocese of Tours and the metropolitan cathedral of the ecclesiastical province of Tours. It was classified as a historical monument by the list of 1862.
