The Corvatsch is the highest, accessible with Engadine mountain rail. Fantastic views over the high mountains are yours to enjoy from the panorama restaurant here. From the Murtèl middle station half way up, you can take a short hike to the Fuorcla Surlej mountain guesthouse and admire the reflection of the Biancograt ridge in the shimmering blue surface of the adjacent lake. You can also descend from here into the Val Roseg valley.

The Roseg Valley is located in SE Switzerland in the canton of Graubünden. It is ~11 km long, with an SSW–NNE axis. The elevation of the valley floor ranges from 1800 m in the north to ~2250 m at the southern end of the lake.
