The Oberalpstock or Piz Tgietschen is a mountain in the Glarus Alps between the cantons of Uri and Graubünden. Its massif separates the valleys of Maderanertal and Surselva near Sedrun. The Oberalpstock is the highest summit of the Glarus Alps west of the Tödi, and also the highest mountain in the canton of Uri east of the Reuss.

Rossbodenstock is a mountain peak of the Saint-Gotthard Massif and part of the Lepontine Alps south of the Oberalp Pass. It is 2,836 meters high; its peak is located on the border between the cantons of Uri and Graubünden, which follows the ridge from north to south. The source of the Rein da Tuma, the source of the Rhine is on the eastern flank of the mountain.

The Düssi is a mountain in the Glarus Alps in central Switzerland, located on the border between the cantons of Uri and Graubünden. Its massif separates the valleys of Maderanertal and Val Russein. The summit is also named Gross Düssi to distinguish it from a lower summit to the south named Chli Düssi . The Düssi is surrounded by glaciers, the Ober Hüfifirn on its northern side. The largest on its south-eastern side is the Glatscher da Cavrein.

A beautiful lake at Golzeren with a surface area of 5.7ha. This lake is popular for fishing and also so many tourists come here for picnic purposes. The surrounding was very clear and also convenient for children.
