The Devil's Bridge (Rakotzbrücke) in the park is a 7.4-metre long, 6.8 m wide stone bridge that spans the lake of Rakotz and was commissioned in 1860 by Friedrich Herrmann Rötschke. The bridge measure 3.7 meters tall, made from artificial basalt columns shipped from distant quarries. It remains forbidden today to cross the bridge, due to safety reasons for the public and the bridge even though renovations were done on this magnificent structure in 2018 and 2019.
