Sharjah Art Museum is considered as one of the largest museums in the UAE, located in corniche street. There are 72 galleries spread over three floors, with a focus on works by Arab craftsmen from all through the Arab world.

Sharjah Fort "Al Hisn" is located on a plaza at the corner of the Heritage District. The fort was originally constructed in 1820 and has served as both a protective facility for the town and as the conventional home of the administering family of Sharjah.
