Tu Dam pagoda is located 2 km far away from Hue city center in the South. Around this area contains the temple of Uncle Phan Boi Chau, Thien Minh pagoda, and Linh Quang pagoda. The temple was built in the late 17th century under the rule of Emperor Lê Hy Tông, on Long Sơn hill.
