The diocese of Cần Thơ is a Roman Catholic diocese of Vietnam. The creation of the diocese in present form was declared November 24, 1960. The diocese covers an area of 13,257 km2, and is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Ho Chi Minh city. By 2004, the diocese of Cần Thơ had about 176,424 believers, 153 priests and 131 parishes. Sacred Heart Cathedral in Cần Thơ has been assigned as the Cathedral of the diocese.

Kien An Cung , also known as Mr. Quach pagoda , is a temple located in the center of Sa Dec city , opposite the Cai Son canal. The temple was built from 1924 to 1927 by the Chinese from Fujian . The pagoda is characterized by Chinese architecture with a unique traditional culture, Kien An Cung has been recognized by the Ministry of Culture and Information as a national-level historical-cultural relic on April 27- 1990.

It is a memorial house dedicated to the late Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung in Vinh Long province.
