Long Ke Wan beach and Campsite is located in the southeastern part of Sai Kung Peninsula, north of the East Dam of High Island Reservoir, and within the Sai Kung East Country Park.

The High Island Reservoir located in the far south eastern part of the Sai Kung Peninsula, was opened in 1978 helping to alleviate water shortage problems in Hong Kong. Its history starts as a result of the water shutdown by mainland China during the Hong Kong 1967 riots, the government responded with the High Island Reservoir.

The MacLehose Trail is a 100-kilometer hiking trail that crosses much of the New Territories, Hong Kong, starting from Pak Tam Chung, Sai Kung, in the east to Tuen Mun in the west. The east coast, where the trail begins, is deeply indented and wild. The central mountains, which the MacLehose Trail crosses, include many of Hong Kong's highest peaks. Grass Island or Tap Mun is an island in Hong Kong, located in the northeastern part of the territory. Tap Mun is a popular spot for both camping and kite-flying, and also boasts several rocky beaches. Tap Mun is home to a trio of temples, located near the main village, which dates back to the 18th century.

Tung Lung Chau is an island located off the tip of the Clear Water Bay Peninsula in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The island has an area of 2.42 square kilometers. The highest point of the island is at Nam Tong Peak, at an altitude of 250m.

An exhibition entitled "600 years of Coastal Defence" is held permanently in the museum, which tells the story of the defense of the Hong Kong coastline from the time of the Ming Dynasty, through the First and Second Opium Wars and the Battle of Hong Kong, through to today.

The Chi Lin Nunnery is a Buddhist temple and charitable organization in Diamond Hill, Kowloon. Housed in a monastery complex, the nunnery is reminiscent of the Tang Dynasty in its architecture and was built in the 1930s. It is constructed entirely with cypress wood, without the use of any nails, and is currently the world's largest hand-made wooden building.

The Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery is a mid-20th century Buddhist temple located in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. Its designation as a monastery is actually a misnomer because there are no monks residing at the complex, which is managed solely by laypersons.

Che Kung Temple is the Chinese temple dedicated to Che Kung, who was a general during the Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279) in ancient China. There are two temples dedicated to Che Kung in Hong Kong: one in Sha Tin and one in Ho Chung.
