Main attractions of the park include the 90-acre (36 ha) Long Meadow; the Picnic House; Litchfield Villa; Prospect Park Zoo; the Boathouse; Concert Grove; Brooklyn's only lake, covering 60 acres (24 ha); and the Prospect Park Bandshell that hosts free outdoor concerts in the summertime. The park also has sports facilities.
At 560,000 square feet (52,000 m2), the museum is New York City's third largest in physical size and holds an art collection with roughly 1.5 million works.
The Soldiers' and Sailors' Arch is a triumphal arch at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn. Built from 1889 to 1892, the arch is dedicated "To the Defenders of the Union, 1861–1865"
