Bandhavgarh National Park is spread at vindhya hills in Madhya Pradesh has a core area of 105 sq km. It was the former hunting preserve of the Maharaja of Rewa and at present is a famous natural hub for White Tigers. This is a historic fort that was built in 1826 which was constructed by the son of Maihar king Bisan Singh:Thakur Prayag Das. It is made up of Sandstone and is surrounded by a deep trench.
