About Narsinghgarh wildlife sanctuary

Narsinghgarh Wildlife Sanctuary was established in the year 1974 has an area of 57 sq km. It is famous for Chital, Sambhar, Blue Bull, Leopard, Wild Boar, Bhedki, Crocodile, etc. there is a lake situated in the center of the sanctuary and it was the main water source of this sanctuary. It is also a habitat of several local and migratory birds. Over 164 species of birds can be seen here.
