This zoo is also known as Kamla Nehru Prani Sangrahalaya which Occupies an area of more than 51 acres, which is home to a wide variety of mammals, birds, and reptiles. The Patalpani Waterfall is located in Mhow Tehsil of Indore district which is approximately 300 feet high. The water flow is highest immediately after the rainy season. It goes almost dry in the summer season, and the stream is reduced to a trickle.
Kamala Nehru Park is a zoological park, which is popularly known as Chidiya Ghar. Located on A B Road between Naulakha and Chhawani, this zoological park overlooks the River Khan on one side. On the other end of this park, there is a children's playing area, which includes small rides and open gardens. This zoo is basically a conservation, education, and recreation organization.
