Tucked away in the heart of Cattaraugus County, is Science Lake – an oasis of natural beauty and serenity. Visitors to the area can also explore the picturesque surroundings and observe the abundance of wildlife that calls the lake home. The lake is also home to a number of historic sites such as the Nannen Arboretum and the Salamanca Rail Museum.

Red House Lake is an artificial lake located within Allegany State Park in Red House, New York. Fish species present in the lakes are brown trout, rainbow trout, and brook trout. There is a state owned beach launch located 6 miles south of Salamanca. No motors are allowed on the lake.[3]

The Chadakoin River may not be the longest or widest body of water in Chautauqua, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in personality. But don't let its charm fool you - the Chadakoin has been known to flood during heavy rain, so make sure you keep an eye on the weather report before making any plans.

Robert H. Jackson Center, a veritable gold mine of knowledge for anyone interested in law and justice. With its impressive collection of records, artifacts, and exhibits, the center takes visitors on a journey through the life and legacy of one of America's most influential Supreme Court justices. As someone with a passion for the legal system, I can't recommend the Robert H. Jackson Center enough. Not only is it fascinating from an educational standpoint, but it's also a great place.

The Lilac Arboretum and Children's Forest, sometimes also known as the Ewing Lilac Arboretum, is located in Ewing Park at 5300 Indianola Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.The arboretum contains more than 1,400 lilac bushes representing 120 varieties.
