Panimur Falls is located in the Dima Hasao district (formally North Cachar Hill District) of Assam, a state in North East India. The Hatimura Temple is a shakti temple, located at Silghat, Nagaon district of Assam. It was built during the reign of Ahom king Pramatta Singha in 1667 Sakabda . Through the Special DRDA Tourism Project, the District Administration have taken a step to beautify the park by creating infrastructure such as water dams and canals, toilet facilities with changing rooms, hoardings, jungle clearance which has attracted tourist far and wide. A water eco-park is also taking shape with an intention to change Ialong into a major Tourism Hub of the District.
Haflong is a town and headquarters of Dima Hasao in India in the state of Assam. It is the only hill station in Assam. Haflong is a Dimasa word meaning ant hill.
