About Norsk Museum

The Norsk Museum was founded in 1980 by Harold Jordahl and Mildred "Tut"Moe. It showcases the distinct heritage of Nordic immigrants who first settled in the region during the mid-19th century. The museum has five interpretive galleries, with a stunning exhibit featuring authentic furniture, tools, pottery, photographs and more, plus hundreds of manuscripts and artifacts related to the Norwegian immigration story.
