The best way to reach Boreas Pass is by car. From Denver, take I-70 west to Exit 195. From Exit 195, take Highway 9 north for about 20 miles. Once you reach the town of Breckenridge, turn right onto Boreas Pass Road. Boreas Pass Road will take you all the way to the pass.

The entrance fee for Boreas Pass, located in Park County, Colorado, is $3 per vehicle. This fee helps to cover the cost of maintaining the park, as well as providing basic services such as trash removal and road repairs. 

Boreas Pass is open year-round, but the hours vary depending on the season. In winter, the pass is open from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. In summer, the hours are 6 AM to 8 PM. However, the pass may close earlier if there is inclement weather.
