The 1,860 surface acre Williams Fork Reservoir is a water storage facility and public recreation area, located near the town of Parshall in Grand County. The Williams Fork Dam and Power Plant, completed in 1959, provides electricity and water to the Western Slope or Denver metropolitan area in Colorado. Its leisure activities include motor boating, fishing, ice fishing and wind surfing.

Willow Creek Reservoir is an earthen dam was constructed between 1951 and 1953 by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. It has a capacity of 10,553 acre-feet of water, 7 miles of shoreline, 303 surface acres and a maximum depth of 124 feet. Recreation includes camping and fishing.

Construction of the reservoir was completed in 1996. Its recreation area offers lake and stream fishing, boat rentals, boat ramps, picnic areas, and 48 campsites. The reservoir is stocked with trout and kokanee salmon.
