About Streekmuseum VredeGoed

Vredegoed is a monumental farm in the Dutch village of Tienhoven , municipality of Stichtse Vecht .The longhouse farm with front house was built in 1906 to a design by W. van Vreeswijk to house a dairy farm and cheese factory. There is also a wagon shed and iron entrance gate from that time in the yard. Art Nouveau elements have been used throughout the design . All these parts are valued as national monuments .The Vredegoed Regional Museum is also located here.
