The Park is the oldest park in Rotterdam after the Oude Plantage , located west of the Center . The Park is located between the Nieuwe Maas , the Parkhaven , the Westzeedijk and the Scheepvaartkwartier . Many events have been held in the Park over the years. The Park looks like one whole, but it actually consists of two parts. This is because it was built on the spot where two country estates used to be.
