Schloss Eckartsau is a castle converted into a hunting lodge in Eckartsau not far from the Donauauen in Marchfeld , Lower Austria. The original castle was a four-sided moated castle. The castle, which is now in the Donau-Auen National Park , thus became the property of the Republic of Austria, managed by the Austrian Federal Forests .As a museum, the castle has also been awarded the museum seal of approval. The Ungerberg bunker system is a line of defense from the Cold War era , which was built in 1959/60 by the Austrian Armed Forces near the Bruckneudorf barracks . As one of the branches of the Army History Museum , the complex now serves as an open-air museum.

It is about twenty meters above the street. It is a layered joint cavity . It was probably formed in the Pannonian as a surf cave of the Miocene Sea in limestone.
