The Innsbrucker Hofgarten is a listed park in Innsbruck on the edge of the old town, adjacent to the Hofburg , the Congress House and the Tyrolean State Theater . The Hofgarten is a recreational area in the middle of the city center with an interesting and diverse tree population, a pond, a modern children's playground, a palm house and a popular garden restaurant. In the palm house there is a collection of around 1700 species of plants, which can be viewed on weekdays.
