Muchelney Abbey is an English Heritage property in the village of Muchelney in the Somerset Levels, England. The site consists of ruined walls showing the layout of the abbey buildings constructed from the 7th to 16th and the remaining intact Abbott's House. It is next to the parish church in which some of the fabric of the abbey has been reused.

The hill is made all the more striking because it is topped by the romantic ruins of a medieval church dedicated to St Michael. Although there is some evidence of Roman visitation, the first fortification of the site was the construction of a Norman motte.

The house started as a small farmhouse in 1630 but was enlarged into its current form in the 18th century.
