Please make your way to; Icon Siam Pier 2 https://goo.gl/maps/EwTNj7HhHY8T9r6w9 Please make yourself known to the Saffron Cruise team as they will have your name at the Pier. Please present your Confirmation/Voucher or Photo ID in exchange for your pass for the cruise. Check In: 6.00pm until 06.45pm latest for a 7.00pm departure. **Please ensure that you are at the Pier on time. We suggest being at the pier early. The boat will not wait for late passengers. There will be no refunds for late or missing passengers** Any changes to your booking, IAsia Thailand will contact you. For your information, your booking is being managed by staff in the Bangkok city office. Should you have a concern needing urgent attention, please call (66) 96 821 3089 during Office Hours :09:00am until 18;00pm Daily (GMT / UTC +7).
