This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local for a delightful Thai cooking class in Fullerton. Young lives with his wife and father in a residential area near California State University. During your experience with Young and his family, you will learn and taste Central Thai food, traditional Thai cuisine (also known as Royal Thai food), and Northeastern Thai dishes (also known as Isaan food). Join Young in his kitchen to learn to cook authentic Thai food during your 2-hour, hands-on cooking class. You will learn to make three dishes from scratch such as pineapple curry, wingbean salad and galangal soup. Young will teach you how to achieve the right balance of flavors, the key to a flavorful Thai meal.
