No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketYou do not need tickets to check in. Simply check in with the last name on your reservation. We are located inside The Landing at 101 Dyer Street, Providence. (corner of Dyer & Pine streets) When checking in, explore The Landing, where you'll find RI & nautical themed gifts, ornaments, crafts, jewelry, t-shirts/sweatshirts, local art, a full service café & ice cream parlor. Providence offers metered street parking and several public parking lots. We also recommend taking your hotel shuttle, Uber or walking from your hotel, if possible. OUR TOURS LAUNCH EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED, SO YOU MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR CHECK-IN. The boat will not wait for late passengers. If you are late for check-in, we will offer your seats to stand-by patrons & you will miss your tour & forfeit your paid reservation. Even though we are serving wine on this tour, you can BYOB on any of our tours! You may also bring your own beverages, sandwiches, snacks, etc. to enjoy during your boat ride. There are no bathrooms on our vessels. If you will need to use the restroom prior to boarding, or would like to bring a beverage or ice cream from The Landing aboard with you, please arrive at least 20 minutes early. Smoking and vaping are not permitted while aboard. Certified service dogs are allowed aboard, pets are not. For safety reasons, walkers & wheelchairs are not permitted aboard. These items may be left inside The Landing or on the docks (at your own risk) prior to boarding the vessel. Our vessels are uncovered, so please dress appropriately. Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen and cold beverages are recommended during the warmer summer months. Sweaters and jackets are recommended for evening and late summer tours.
