We will pick you up from the hotel located in the city of Tarapoto to go towards Alto Mayo, one of the most beautiful places on the planet. This spot is a birdwatching paradise with amazing landscapes of lush vegetation and incredible waterfalls, as well as underground caves to explore and hot springs to enjoy. The tour to Alto Mayo Valley starts in the city of Rioja located 87 miles to the north of Tarapoto. Moyobamba
Moyobamba, PeruAfter lunch, we will go to the city of orchids Moyobamba to visit the orchidarium. Moyobamba, city located in the region of San Martín, has 1500 varieties of orchids with different shapes and colors. The Alto Mayo Protected Area there are registered like 300 species of orchids. In this wonderful nursery you will be able to admire these fantastic plants together with a professional guide and if you wish, you can buy one.
