No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketTicket only valid for the booked visit date. Please present your ticket printed or on a mobile device at the entrance of the park. The barcode needs to be scanned at the turnstile. There is one barcode per person, please scan each barcode individually. Please note: If you arrive by car/van/camper/motorcyle please book your parking ticket in advance at the park's official website, an additional parking fee applies. Otherwise there will be higher fees and waiting times on site at the parking lot.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
