The main theme is the city's development from an industrial hub with loud streets and heavy traffic in the city center to a bicycle and pedestrian-friendly hub.
We walk through three areas:
The city center, where the transformation is complete.
The former industrial area, located between the city center and the harbor, currently undergoing total reconstruction.
The harbor, which is partially reconstructed but not yet completed.
Along the way, we also discuss how to create new jobs and affordable housing for young people.
