About the Activity

The nights of Aegean Gastronomy are held twice each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The number of participants is limited each time, which gives our chef the advantage of preparing a special menu of seven courses almost as if it were private. Our chef prepares fish based courses using local ingredients and fresh same-day catch, which are the basis of the menu. Three glasses of Parian white wine varieties, Asyrtiko, Malagouzia, and Monemvasia, are accompanying the Nights of Aegean Gastronomy. The selection of each variety is meticulously made to match the course served.

Every week, on two special evenings Tuesday & Saturday, our chef presents a seven course tasting menu expertly paired with three glasses of distinctive local wines. All seven courses of the Aegean tasting menu are inspired from traditional Cycladic fish recipes with a modern approach. The event starts at 20:00 and last 2,5 hours.View Location

Starters
  • Melon salad - Melon salad, with Parian yellow cheese, louza (thin slices of pork fillet) from Myconos, caramelized nuts, arugula with balsamic dressing
Main Courses
  • Catch of the day ceviche - Catch of the day ceviche with fennel salad, cucumber, roasted orange and lemon sauce
Deserts
  • Galaktoboureko cream - Galaktoboureko cream, wrapped in a thin unleavened dough with goat's milk cream, figs, almond and hibiscus syrup. Served with kaimaki ice cream.
