Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We DO NOT collect from the Cruise Terminal. Transportation provided from hotels and air bnb's is a shuttle. The hotel pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific hotel pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Should guest(s) not require transportation, they can head directly to the Harrison's Cave Eco-Adventure Park for the specified arrival time.

Ticket Redemption
No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketUpon arrival, please go to our Customer Service Desk to present your ticket. After you have completed your e-waiver and you have been checked-in by a Customer Service Agent, you will receive a wristband for your tour and be directed over to the waiting area to await your tour guide. It is strongly recommended that you complete your e-waivers prior to your arrival in order to be directed to the fast-track line.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
