About the Activity
There is a maximum of 8 guests per excursion for the best experience. Our knowledgeable and experienced team of Marine Biologist guides know the healthiest coral reefs to snorkel and the best areas to find the dolphins, turtles and *whales. Our 95% sightings success rate is unmatched in Huatulco, by far! We take you miles offshore, exploring a greater area, where the most dolphins, turtles and *whales can be found. Our guides will share their knowledge of the marine species we encounter and observations of their activity. There is an underwater microphone to listen to dolphins and *whales! Our boat Stenella was built in 2022 for ocean adventures with a deep V hull, marine toilet, cushioned seating, canvas roof, spotters tower and a proper swim ladder. Oceanico's team love sharing the beauty of Huatulco's marine paradise with our guests and answering your questions. Our tours support cetacean research. *Humpback whales are regularly seen December through March.4 hours 30 minutes

Our Ocean Eco Adventures combine exploring miles offshore where the dolphins, sea turtles and whales* can be found with coastal cruising in the Huatulco National Park including guided snorkeling on 2 of the best reefs away from the crowds.
Our team of Marine Biologists takes you further to see more dolphins, turtles, whales* and includes 2 guided reef snorkeling sessions.
First we cruise several miles offshore to the best areas to find dolphins, sea turtles & whales*.
Our guides share insights into the lives of the dolphins, sea turtles and whales* we encounter while exploring offshore as we collect data for our research.
Then we cruise back to the coast to navigate through the beautiful bays of the Huatulco National Park including; Chachacual, La India, Cacaluta, Maguey, Organo, Santa Cruz & Chahué.
Along the way we chose 2 of the best coral reefs in the Huatulco National Park for guided snorkeling sessions.
Finally we return to Chahué marina after an amazing half day exploring the open ocean, stunning bays and coral reefs of Huatulco.

Customers must make their own way to and meet at the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
Additional Information
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Guests must have recent snorkeling experience, be able to swim 100 meters and climb a boat ladder to participate in snorkeling or can enjoy the view from the boat.
- People that weigh over 130kg
- Due to the inherent motion of the boat we do not recommend travelers with back or neck problems participate.
- Pregnant travelers may not participate.
- Not recommended for travelers with heart problems, serious medical conditions or recent surgeries.
