Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- * Pickup service is included from the wider areas of Sissi, Malia, Stalis, Hersonissos – Koutouloufari – Piskopiano, Anissaras – Analipsi, Gouves – Kokkini Hani, Heraklion Heraklion meeting points, Amoudara. * For all the rest areas we will ask you to come to a meeting point. * Pickup time is between 7:50am to 9:00am. * We will inform you of the exact pickup time after your booking. * If your location is on a street our vehicles can't access, we'll arrange a nearby meeting point for pickup.

- Option for going Private! By choosing the option Private, every booking ensures a private Jeep exclusively for you, total 5 pax. per Jeep. If you are 6 or more people then more bookings than one have to be done. In the other hand if you are 4 people and you want 2 Jeeps then you have to do 2 bookings for 2 people otherwise you will be in 1 Jeep.

- The driver must hold a valid car driver’s license with his ID card in physical form with him in order to participate in the tour (The license must be more than 2 years old - Provisional driving licenses are not accepted
- Comfortable closed shoes are required for the drivers in order to participate in the tour
- Not allowed drinking/eating/smoking inside the vehicles
- Don't forget : closed shoes, Sunscreen, Hat & Sun glasses, Swimsuit, Sea towels, Car driver’s license / with ID
- Safari Experts Crete reserves the right to change routes or stops for safety reasons or bad weather conditions
- Not recommended for travelers with serious medical conditions
