During the four-hour journey, you’ll have the opportunity for a refreshing swim, followed by a delightful meal prepared by one of Jandia’s top chefs. The menu includes beetroot salmorejo with fresh local cheese, green apple, and mint, followed by beef tenderloin with confit potatoes and mushroom sauce.
