Our driver will be hold your name board and waiting your at hotel lobby, after you meet the driver, he will need to identify your order receipt (in mobile is fine), then lead you to go to vehicle. If you have problem to meet driver, you always can call our customer service 24hr (English/Chinese).
Departure Place: Hotel Lobby
For Hotel pick up– waiting 20mins maximum in Hotel lobby base on indicated meeting time.
For International flight, in case the traffic jam, please arrange your pick up time 9hr advance.
Trip Duration: 5 hours by car + 1 hour by ferry.
Ferry time 06:30 ~ 19:00, ferries depart roughly every 45 minutes.

Sedan (Toyota Camry) : Maximum 3 people with 3 standard luggage
SUV : (Toyota Innova/ Forturner) Maximum 4 people with 4 standard luggage
Van (Toyota Communter) : Maximum 9 people with 8 standard luggage
The arrangement of car brands is random, but will be the same car type or upgrade.
Standard Luggage size 24”, More than 24" is count 2 piece.
Carry on luggage belong to standard luggage. Carry bags are not included.

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
