No booking reconfirmations by phone are required Tickets are only valid for tour date and time booked. If your plans change and you need to reschedule your cruise, contact us at: (415) 673-2900 at least 24 hours before your departure and we will do everything we can to book you on another sailing free of charge. We will book you for another cruise time, subject to any capacity constraints as a standby customer, and subject to a rebooking fee.Cancellation & Refunds
