- Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off ✔ Available for hotels located in Legazpi Centro / Daraga Centro / Naga Centro ✔ Please be at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time ✈️ Airport Pick-Up (Legazpi / Naga Airport) ✔ Our representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall, holding a sign with your name ✔ The driver will wait up to 1 hour from your flight’s landing time Bus Terminal Pick-Up ✔ Our representative will meet you at the Legazpi bus terminal, holding a sign with your name ✔ Pick-up and drop-off are available for Legazpi terminals only ✔ The driver will wait up to 1 hour from your bus arrival time Important Note: ❗ Pick-up or drop-off outside Legazpi / Daraga / Naga Centro may incur a surcharge, payable directly to the driver. ❗ If you’re delayed by more than 1 hour, please get in touch with us via email or message to confirm if the driver is still available. Vehicle Information To ensure a comfortable and efficient transfer, please take note of the vehicle arrangements based on your group size: 1–4 Pax: Served using an SUV-type vehicle ➕ If a larger vehicle (AUV/Van) is requested, a surcharge of ₱500 applies 5–10 Pax: Served using an AUV or Van-type vehicle Special Case (5–7 Pax): If an SUV is used instead of an AUV/Van due to availability and with the guest’s approval, the client will be entitled to a ₱500 refund
