It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the Company of any relevant medical conditions prior to the activity. 3. Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear and using caution at all times. The Company provides guidance but cannot guarantee the safety of all terrains and conditions. 4. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in the activities, including but not limited to slips, falls, or injuries. 5. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the activities. 6. Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, the participant authorizes the Company to arrange medical assistance if deemed necessary and agrees to cover any associated costs. By signing below or participating in the activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and liability waiver.
