Meeting and Pickup

Pickup details

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations

Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
Pick-up times are between 6:00am - 7:00am. We pick up from most Maui resorts, hotels, and Airbnb's. We will confirm your pick-up time in the 48 window prior to your tour start time. Please be attentive to your phone and email during that time period. At Kahului Airport we will pick you up at arrivals curbside right outside of baggage claim next to the Uber area. Look for vehicle with the Aloha Sunshine Tours decal on the side. The the driver will be wearing a name tag and an aloha shirt
Travelers will be picked up 1 hour before departure time

Tickets will be delivered post-booking by email; or, physically delivered to the customer or the customer's hotel- Bring cash for the roadside stands, markets, and if you would like to tip your tour guide - The guide will have all the tickets needed for entry into the attractions on your tour. No need for you to purchase tickets or receive tickets the guide with be responsible for all tickets required. -The difference between the stop durations and total duration of the tour is travel time from stop to stop

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Honolulu time to receive 100% refund.
