After the successful log-in you can customize your route based on your location. Choose your start and end point. Your booking reference will be active 24h before the booking date or the day of the activity. If you try earlier you will not be able to log in. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Paris time to receive 100% refund.
