If you are going to be late, please make sure to contact us in advance. If we cannot reach you and you arrive late, your booking may be treated as a cancellation, and a cancellation fee may apply.
We will send you important tour details via the phone number or email address you provided during booking, by the day before the tour. Please ensure your contact is reachable within Japan and is active.
The tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, it may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Please come dressed in clothes you don’t mind getting wet.
Please use the restroom before joining the tour, as there are no toilet facilities near the activity site.
Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol.

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Free shuttle service is available within the Uehara area. Hotels outside the Uehara area (such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not covered by our shuttle service. Guests staying at these hotels are kindly requested to use buses or taxis to reach Uehara Port. The meeting place and time will be communicated directly to you by the shop on the day before the tour.
