At 7:00 am, we will pick you up directly from inside San Martin Port with our private transport and transfer you to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will be there to assist you and take you to your hotel. The afternoon will be free for you to explore the city at your own pace.
The flight from Lima to Cusco takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Please keep in mind that Cusco sits at an altitude of around 3,400 metres (11,150 feet), so we strongly recommend taking it easy on the first day to help your body acclimatise to the high altitude.
Important note:
The pickup time may vary depending on the exact time your cruise ship docks and when disembarkation begins. Some ships arrive as early as 6:00 am, while others disembark around 9:00 am. For this reason, we kindly ask that you confirm your arrival time at least one week in advance so that we can provide your exact pickup schedule and ensure a smooth transfer. Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- The pickup will be directly inside San Martin Port in Pisco Cruise Ship Terminal. There is no need for you to take any shuttle service, as we will be waiting for you inside the port area itself, just a few metres from your ship's hangar. We’ll be easy to spot and ready to welcome you as soon as you disembark. You must look for our sign JD ADVENTURE
- Travelers will be picked up 40 minutes before departure time

- If your ship has any delay in arriving to San Martin Port, we strongly suggest to notify us 2 days before your arrival, so we can arrange a new pick up time. We also suggest you to keep checking your emails in case the pick up time changes.
- If the flight from Cusco to Lima has a delay and suddenly you lost the conection to re-join your ship at El Callao Port 'DO NOT PANIC' all transfer will be cover by us and we will make sure you get on board again in the next port.
- Please let us know if anyone in your group is traveling with a wheelchair, to make sure we make special arrangements
- We strongly suggest to bring a small bag only for this tour (Only essential for 2 nights) You only allow to bring inside the plane 1 bag of 10kilos max, if you wish to check-in a big bag you must pay extra cost at airport.
- You must provide a valid mobile phone number so we can contact via WhatsApp you in case of an emergency
- You must provide a full details of your passport in order to book your flights tickets and entry to Machu Picchu, without those details we can not proceed your booking.
- This tour is from PORT to PORT we will pick you up from inside the port and we will drop you off inside the port near your cruise ship hangar.
