About the Activity
The route is like this: Tulcea – channel Mile 36 – channel Sireasa – channel Sontea – stopping in the area of Lake Mester, Lake Nebunu – Lake Martin – Lake Baclanestii Mari and Lake Fortuna – channel Olguta – village Mila 23 – stop for visiting the village and optional a traditional lunch of fish: fish soup, grilled fish – a glass of local tuica(vodka), mineral gas/still water, desert & coffee. After that we depart for Sulina on the channel Dunarea Veche exiting at Crisan, then arriving in Sulina city. We head out to see where the Danube goes into the Black Sea in the Gulf Musura – where the Danube forms a micro-delta. After that we stop in Sulina for 1h:30-2h to visit the city and the beach(optional by taxi or minibus). We depart back to Tulcea passing through the villages Crisan, Gorgova, Maliuc, Vulturu, Partizani – exiting from channel Sulina on channel Tulcea and seeing where channel Tulcea splits in 2: channel Sulina and channel Saint George.7 hours to 8 hours

Sulina
Sulina, RomaniaFirst we go to see one of exits of the Danube into the Black Sea:
1. Natural exit in the Musura Bay - here the Danube forms another micro Delta - nice landscape and many birds
2. If the winds is not very powerfull we can go up to the new Light House where we see the man made exit of the Danube into the Black Sea.
Depending on the season we can either stop in the city of Sulina(most of the time) or in summer months(Jully, August and September) we can go with the boat close to the beach - 300m close to the beach.2 hours • Admission Ticket FreeView Location4
